HE INDICATED THAT HE WOULD PASS THESE CONCERNS ONTO THE TRAFFIC ENFORCEMENT DIVISION AND THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT, SEE WHAT THEY COULD DO. HE STAYED IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD FOR A WHILE AND IT WASN'T LONG BEFORE HE CAUGHT A SPEEDER ON OLD SPANISH TRAIL. IGNORING THE STOP SIGNS AND IGNORING THE SPEED LIMIT FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
