AND REVIEWING THIS.

AS WE WENT THROUGH THIS, UH, REVIEW OF THE SITE PLAN, UH, THAT YOU SEE HERE IN FRONT OF YOU, UH, THERE'S THINGS THAT WE LOOKED AT, UH, THAT THE EXISTS THAT THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE IS LOCATED ON.

THERE IS AN EASEMENT THAT THIS IS LOCATED ON, GENERALLY IN AS, UH, WE DON'T ALLOW FOR STRUCTURES TO BE LOCATED ON TOP OF EASEMENTS.

HOWEVER, AFTER AN IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS OF THIS PROPERTY, UH, WE DETERMINE THAT THERE'S NO CITY UTILITIES OR ANYTHING UTILIZING THAT EASEMENT.

AS PART OF THE CONDITION OF THIS, UH, RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL, IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT, UH, THIS CONDITION WILL REQUIRE THEM TO REPL TO REMOVE THAT EASEMENT FROM, UH, THE DOCK, UH, FROM THE PLAT.

UH, BECAUSE IT IS NO LONGER, IT IS NOT IN USE.

UH, THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE IS CONSISTENT WITH SURROUNDING PROPERTIES AND STAFF DOES RECOMMEND APPROVAL.
