UH, UH, I WAS KIND OF CONCERNED, I'VE SEEN SOME ISSUES ON THE SHORT TERM RENTALS AND YOU SEE ALL THE TALK ABOUT SHORT-TERM RENTALS HAPPENING, UH, THE CITIES AND I'M SURE WAXAHATCHEE HAS A LOT OF SHORT-TERM RENTALS GOING RIGHT NOW.

I SEE A LOT OF SHORT-TERM RENTALS, UH, JUST GO AS THEY ARE IN A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING ZONE, BEING REMODELED AND FIXED UP AND BECOMING A SHORT TERM RENTAL FOR THAT PURPOSE.

THERE I SEE SOME BECOME, UH, UH, BECOMING, UH, WHERE THEY FIX 'EM UP A LITTLE BIT MORE THAN WHAT THE OTHERS ARE AND BECOMING, YOU KNOW, A SHORT TERM RENTAL THERE.

BUT I'M HAM.

UH, I HAVE SEEN ONE THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED BECOMING, UH, ALMOST LIKE A PARTY HOUSE AND UH, IT'S NEXT TO A, UH, YOU KNOW, COMMERCIAL PART WITH THE SAME OWNER.

I HAVE A FEELING THAT AT THAT SHORT TERM RENTAL EVER GOT BUILDING IN THE SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING ZONE EVER GOT SOLD.

THAT WOULD BE HARD TO EVEN RENT OUT, YOU KNOW, THE WAY IT IS.
